The annual plan waives the setup fee entirely. We also offer à la carte services for businesses that need something specific. A single automation, a custom combination of services, or a package built around a unique workflow. Every à la carte engagement is priced individually based on what the business actually needs, so there's no standard rate card for those. The setup fee covers the work required to build your system. Configuring the AI with your business information, optimizing your Google Business Profile, setting up your review request sequences, and connecting your accounts. It's a real amount of work done once so everything runs correctly from day one.
No. The pricing on our Pricing page is what you pay. The only variables are whether you need a CRM integration (which carries an additional setup fee depending on complexity) and whether you choose month-to-month or annual billing.

Month-to-month clients are billed automatically on the first of each month to the card on file. Annual clients pay the full year upfront at checkout with no further billing for 12 months. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Most clients are live within 7 days of the onboarding call. The onboarding call happens within 48 hours of signing up. So from the moment you decide to move forward, you're typically live in about 10 days.
Just payment of the setup fee and about 30–45 minutes on an onboarding call where we walk through your business, your services, how you talk to customers, and how you want inquiries handled. We also need access to your Google Business Profile, Facebook page, and Instagram account, which we'll walk you through during the onboarding call. That's it. We handle everything from there.

Contact your rep and it gets fixed. During the 30-day check-in call we specifically ask about anything the AI said that didn't sound right. Any business change, new service, changed hours, new promotion, is an update we make to the system at no extra charge.
Yes. Any time your business changes with new services, updated hours, seasonal promotions, staff changes, etc, just let your rep know and we update the system. That's part of what you're paying for.
Month-to-month clients can cancel with 30 days written notice. Just email your rep or hello@automaate.io. Annual clients have paid in full upfront, so the agreement simply expires at the end of the 12-month term with no further obligation. We'll always try to make it right before it comes to cancellation. Your rep calls every client at the 30-day mark specifically to catch any issues early.
