Automaate LLC ("Automaate," "we," "our," or "us") is a Texas limited liability company providing managed AI automation services to small and medium businesses in the Houston, Texas area and surrounding communities. Our website is automaate.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data — when you visit our website, contact us, or engage with our services. By using our website or providing your information through any of our forms or intake processes, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2c. Information From Third-Party Platforms
To deliver our services, clients grant Automaate access to third-party business accounts including Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram. Information from these platforms is used solely to perform the services described in your service agreement.
This section contains disclosures required by The Campaign Registry (TCR), mobile carriers, and the TCPA for A2P 10DLC SMS messaging programs. Please read this section carefully.
3a. How We Collect Mobile Phone Numbers
We collect mobile phone numbers through the following methods:
• Website contact forms and audit request forms on automaate.io
• In-person sales agreements and onboarding documentation
• Verbal consent documented by a sales representative
• On behalf of our clients: review request sequences, appointment confirmations, and customer follow-up messages sent to their customers who have opted in through the client's own consent process
3b. Purpose of SMS Communications
Automaate sends SMS messages for the following purposes:
• Responding to inbound inquiries from prospective clients
• Onboarding communications with new clients
• Service notifications, updates, and support messages
• On behalf of clients: automated review requests following customer visits, appointment reminders, and customer qualification messages
3c. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number on any Automaate form or during any intake process, and checking the consent box where provided, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Automaate LLC at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. For clients using Automaate's review request and customer communication services: it is the client's responsibility to obtain proper prior express written consent from their own customers before those customers' phone numbers are entered into Automaate's automated messaging system. Automaate provides the technology and management — consent collection is the client's obligation.
3d. SMS Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Automaate at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

3e. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Automaate and the services in use. For prospective clients, you may receive up to 4 messages per inquiry. For active clients, messages are sent as needed for service delivery and support. Message and data rates may apply.
3f. Critical SMS Data Sharing Restriction
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are kept private and will never be transferred to third-party marketers under any circumstances.
We may share mobile phone numbers only with subcontractors or service providers who assist in the technical delivery of our SMS program (such as GoHighLevel and telecommunications providers), under strict confidentiality obligations, and only as necessary to operate the messaging service.
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to inquiries and provide requested services
• Onboard and configure automation systems for clients
• Send service notifications, updates, and performance reports
• Process payments and maintain billing records
• Improve our website, services, and customer experience
• Communicate by phone, email, or SMS as described in this policy

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• GoHighLevel - CRM and automation platform (white-labeled as Automaate)
• Stripe - payment processing
• Telecommunications providers - for SMS and voice delivery

All service providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and use it only to perform services on our behalf.
5b. Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Automaate, our clients, or the public.
5c. Business Transfer
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business relationship with you, and comply with legal obligations. Client business information is retained for the duration of the service agreement and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping purposes. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of 4 years to demonstrate compliance with TCPA and TCR requirements.
Upon request, we will delete or anonymize personal information unless we are required by law to retain it.
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic. We use:

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Automaate's services are intended for business owners and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
Texas residents have certain rights regarding their personal information under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Request access to or a copy of their personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions
